Information and purpose
Account details support sign-in and your account. Enquiry details support replies to your request. Listing information supports marketplace publication and transaction discussions. Payment references support order verification; payment details entered with a payment provider are handled by that provider.
Email updates require a separate affirmative choice. Account registration or a service enquiry does not by itself grant permission for ongoing marketing.
Public listings and related portals
Listing information submitted for publication may be publicly visible. The WhatsApp listing workflow can also distribute listing information to related portals, including MyPropy. Do not send confidential documents or third-party personal information for public publication. Contact the team before sending information you need kept private.
Service providers support account access, storage, messaging and payments. Primary and recovery storage may both retain an enquiry. Public listing distribution is separate from private account access.
Your choices
Use the contact details below to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of email marketing consent. Some transaction and security records may need to be retained for legal obligations. A new subscription request does not automatically reverse a recorded unsubscribe.
Essential account storage supports sign-in. Nonessential analytics and replay integrations must remain inactive until their consent controls are configured and verified.
